How the procedure quiz works
The procedure quiz is PrepEM’s active-recall drill over the must-know emergency-medicine procedures — a fast way to find and close the gaps before the ABEM Certifying Exam. Here is how it works.

Flashcard drills over the must-know procedures
The quiz turns the procedure reference into active recall. Instead of re-reading, you are prompted on each procedure and have to produce the answer — the way you would have to on exam day.
Organized by category and question type
Drill by procedure category — airway, vascular, cardiac, and the rest — or by the kind of question, such as indications, contraindications, and complications. That lets you target exactly the gaps you have.
A smart review deck re-tests what you miss
Cards you get wrong come back more often until they stick, so your time goes to the procedures you have not locked in yet rather than the ones you already know cold.
How to use it
Use the quiz alongside the procedure reference: read up on a category, then drill it until the review deck stops bringing cards back. A few short sessions across your prep are more effective than one long cram.
